- **We are on the hunt for a Sales Support Administrator to join our client's growing team**

Our client is a global leader in precision measurement and weighing equipment for industrial and scientific purposes. Located in Melbourne CBD, they work in servicing the food, pharmaceutical, and analytical services industries.

You will be responsible for providing internal support to a variety of areas for the service business team to improve processes and efficiency. If you have experience in a sales role or support admin role, we would love to hear from you

**What are the benefits?**

**What will you be doing?**
- Taking inbound calls to assist customers with enquiries
- Provide a high-level of internal support to the service business team
- Creation of quotes in the system to help support the field sales business team
- Data review and analysis activities
- Writing and modifying service contracts and delivering to customers
- Completing general admin activities
- Previous experience using SAP is desirable but not required
- Bachelor of Business or a technical qualification ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australian permanent residency or Australian citizenship
- Solid willingness to learn and a drive to succeed
