We are seeking a qualified and experienced tradesman experienced in heavy equipment service and maintenance including hydraulics and auto electrical to take on the role of Service Supervisor. You will join a leading Australian OEM within their aftermarket service and repair team in North West Melbourne. Our client manufactures and provides service, repair and maintenance for high quality Australian heavy vehicle equipment and technology. With over 400 staff nationally, the company plays a key role in major cities and regional communities and is the marketing leading OEM.

**The Role**

You will have proven yourself in the field working in heavy equipment service, maintenance and repairs with deep expertise in the areas of auto electrical and hydraulics. You will take on responsibility for the scheduling, supervision, and mentorship of field and workshop technicians. While also dealing with customers to understand and prioritise technician workload.

Within this role you will provided support and guidance from a senior team that have significant tenure within the business who will offer you mentorship providing you the platform for further growth into roles such as technical specialist or service management.

**To be considered you will be**:

- Strong communicator with solutions focused approach
- Trade Qualified with experience in auto electrical and hydraulics
- Experience with heavy equipment services, maintenance and repairs akin to an aftermarket/ on-demand work environment including Hydraulic, Electrical and Mechanical fitting.
