**Job Description**:
Great opportunity for an administrator who is available for a minimum 3 days a week (Wednesday
- Friday) for maternity cover at our office near Perth Airport.
- Assist with the management of OI software systems including but not limited to Crystal (Incident management database), CM3, IVMS, Stellar, Brainshark or any other software as introduced by SGS.
- Work in consultation with the Advisor - HSEQ Compliance on Document Control of OIMS documents and provide support across all business lines.
- Manage Operational Integrity SharePoint teamsites, with current information and create and add links libraries as per requirements of the SGS branches.
- Create SharePoint libraries for record keeping, updating and designing Portal pages.
- Assist the Advisor - HSEQ Compliance in the management and currency of the central register of permits, licences, authorities and audit schedules.
- Preparation and distribution of safety incident alerts, monthly Safe Talks, monthly reports and other safety programs across all business lines as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Cert 4 in OHS or Degree in Science/OHS/ or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement, negotiate and influence at all levels in the organization.
- High level Excel, Word, Power Point and database management skill.
