**About you**
As our
**_Faculty Administrator_** you’ll provide high quality customer service and administrative services for the RACGP WA office.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

- a clear understanding of a customer service environment.
- demonstrable customer service skills and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- excellent computer skills including word process, mail merges and database management.
- experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and use new systems quickly.
- demonstrated ability to provide administrative and business support, including financial processing.

**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the
**_WA Faculty Team Lead, RACGP_**, you’ll act as the first point of contact for all enquiries and visits to the Faculty from members, stakeholders and RACGP employees.

In addition, you’ll:

- provide reception, business support and administrative services.
- provide general office administrative support to the Faculty team.
- undertake financial processes such as invoicing, cost allocation and processing of GP payments.
- coordinate meeting room enquiries, booking and facility set-up.
- provide administrative support to staff meetings.
