**About the role**

The Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO, will provide daily assistance and support to the Executive Office. This role includes general duties such as managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, etc. You may also organise events, maintain databases and produce presentations.

This role often includes being trusted with complex duties and confidential or sensitive information.

This role is Fixed-Term (12 months) and can accommodate a Part-Time or Full-Time work schedule (22.5 hours - 37.5 hours per week).

**About you**

**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
- Produce correspondence, memoranda, presentations and reports both of a general and confidential nature on behalf of the CEO.
- Provide professional and effective secretarial, project planning, and administrative support. This includes, as required, managing diaries, including making arrangements for all meetings, appointments, and travel in line with proprieties and business needs.
- When required, manage the Board and Committees administration process, including - preparation and review of Board and Committee papers, timetabling, catering, overseeing Board events and other Board administration activities.
- Preparation of agendas and minutes attending meetings as required, take minutes and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are undertaken.
- Manage the flow of information within the CEO Office, ensuring matters requiring the CEO’s personal attention are handled expeditiously and matters are referred for appropriate action. This includes the drafting of routine correspondence and gathering relevant information to assist with the preparation of responses.
- Identify and establish appropriate internal communication approaches to foster the exchange of information in and through the Executive Office in an efficient and professional manner.
- Liaise and maintain a collaborative working relationship with high-level external stakeholders, CCQ Board and organisations.
- Review and analyse information, providing reports as relevant.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.
