**About the team**
UWA is making significant investments in the Information and Technology Services to enable its strategic direction and goals. Identity and access management is one of these areas and is undergoing an uplift in capability and delivery of new services to align with the University’s risk strategy.
The Cybersecurity team covers all aspects of the cyber security domain from risk management and security awareness, architecture, security operations and identity governance.
**About the opportunity**
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency
- An understanding of Identity and Access Management capabilities and processes
- Proficiency with analysing data and producing reports and metrics, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience with PowerBI is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with significant influence, establish impactful stakeholder relationships and build engagement
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret needs and recommend appropriate solutions within a changing environment
- Working knowledge of the Higher Education sector is highly desirable
