We are on the lookout for a seasoned recruiter to expand our international Talent Acquisition team at Appian. As we accelerate our growth, we need a dynamic, resourceful recruiter to help scale our operations by attracting top-tier talent for our APJ business. **About You**:

- 2 to 5 years of demonstrated success in a recruiting role; experience in sales, customer success, and campus recruiting is a plus.
- Capable of influencing and implementing strategies with senior management.
- Skilled in strategising and prioritising the requirements and needs of different departments.
- Highly self-aware and considerate in all interactions, both internally and externally.
- Uses market insights and data analytics to guide the recruitment process.
- Possesses a natural urgency and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced setting.

- Enhance Appian's brand recognition locally and globally.
- Act as a strategic advisor to department heads, aligning talent acquisition strategies with organisational needs.
- Continuously refine and improve our interviewing processes and best practices.
- Gain a deep understanding of Appian's business strategy and its competitive landscape in the market.
