They have a rare job opportunity available for a Warehouse Coordinator to join their Adelaide office.

**The Role**:
The primary function of this position is to perform a range of purchasing and sales administrative functions to assist in meeting the organisation’s objectives.

**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support the procurement manager with respect to purchasing and procurement activities.
- Check supplier order confirmations against purchase orders.
- Follow up backorders from suppliers and update ETA.
- Update/Create purchase orders in line with business requirements and procedures.
- Work closely and maintain sound relationships with suppliers.
- Liaise with sales and installation team to fulfil procurement activities.
- Process orders, pack them, dispatch, and advise client.
- Logistics management relating to purchase orders stock control, stocktake.
- Assist with quality documentation and administration tasks as required.
