We are currently recruiting a Despatch Coordinator to join our passionate team in Adelaide. This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the DC despatch activities in order to meet customer requirements. The Despatch Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring customer delivery requirements are met.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administration associated with the outbound despatch of goods. Ensuring the ERP system JD Edwards accurately reflects the customer delivery date and updated schedule pick date- Run customer orders and warehouse pick lists using JD Edwards ERP system for the warehouse to pick and stage for despatch- Informing and escalating any service issues to management as appropriate

Experience Required:
- Familiar with JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams- Broad knowledge of inventory control processes and KPI’s- Previous experience in a despatch role or logistics environment, and customer service- Excellent organisation and prioritisation- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with a focus on excellent customer service
