This role is for an Office and Accounts Assistant with their friendly team in Brooklyn. They are seeking a positive individual who is willing to take on a multi-faceted role to make life interesting
- Monday to Friday
- 38 hour week
- Growth opportunities
- Brooklyn Location

The major functions of the role are management of accounts, relevant reporting, general office administration and telephone reception.

The primary functions of the role:

- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Reports & reconciliations
- Leave management
- General Administration
- Telephone Reception

The successful applicant will be a true multi tasker with excellent organisational skills that enable you to prioritise your work to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy are absolutely vital attributes you must possess to succeed in the role. These attributes should be supported by the ability to work efficiently and occasionally under pressure with a calm demeanour.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Excellent MS Word and Excel skills are required for this role
- Basic AR/AP
- Experience with SAP software would be a bonus

Essential personal attributes include:

- Excellent attention to detail

- A “can-do” attitude underpinned by a willingness to learn
- A reliable team member
