**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Hype DC team The role will be repsonsible for supporting omni-channel campaign execution, retail 4 wall initiatives, and the day to day “always on” tasks for Hype DC.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Execute Retail VM directive for all campaigns
- Lead and execute city attack store program, team seeding, and retail initiatives to drive trade.
- Responsible for driving centre marketing relationship and placement.
- Manage and fulfill all store POP requests
- Manage all retail print briefing and distribution lists for all brand and sale campaigns
- Responsible for store POS and the retail roll out of brand and sale campaigns, and in-store POS (Barrisols, recruitment drives, Limit’d etc) working closely with print production teams/suppliers
- Create Retail VM directive for campaigns
- Support Team Education events working closely with Marketing Manager and Retail Team
- Help plan and execute VIP and in-store events
- Execute store openings and re-fit plans
- Work closely with The Agency & Creative teams to build, plan and support creative briefs to ensure campaigns are executed and go-to-market activity aligns with brand guidelines
- Assist with building brand proposals, GTM and retail directives, and post campaign reports
- Raise PO’s & invoices to ensure the PO tracker is always up to date and invoices are paid before any activity goes live
- Report on all campaign results which will be shared externally and internally
- Raise, manage, and track all marketing co-op spend to ensure all reimbursements are raised and paid
- Ensuring all contact lists for suppliers, brand partners, influencer and centre contacts are kept up to date
- Build campaign briefs, attend shoots, and report post campaign.
