Product Marketing Lead

As a Product Marketing Lead in a transformational environment, you will specialise in translating our Digital Experience Platform’s (DXP) capabilities and roadmap into compelling, customer-led messaging and content assets.
Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager and working alongside our go-to-market specialist in our product marketing team, this role is imperative to maximising the impact of go-to-market launches. You will ensure content messaging is aligned with our Squiz DXP positioning and resonates with the target audience to improve win-rates, product usage and increase adoption.

**For this role, we ask that you can demonstrate**:
- 2+ years of B2B product marketing or general marketing experience with a software or tech-based solution.
- You are curious, open to change and have a high learning agility.
- Proven experience in translating complex concepts, and being able to produce easy-to-understand, concise customer-facing stories, pitches or short explainer videos.
- Attention to detail amidst a multi-task environment with multiple projects on the go at once.
- Strong communication skills with a storytelling knack will make you effective.
- Experience developing and/or executing product marketing GTM plans or activities, including some or all of the following:
- Developing product value proposition (VP) and key messaging by sector and persona,
- Incorporating VP into sales supporting assets and content,
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders towards project delivery,
- Interviewing customers.
- Self-driven, able to work autonomously and highly structured.
- Be prepared to attend early morning or late evening global conference calls as required.
**What you will be doing**:
- Develop assets that communicate the value proposition, key benefits and use cases for new and existing capabilities in our core product, Squiz DXP.
- Support development of messaging that differentiates Squiz in the market, against alternatives and other DXP providers.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing function to deliver product-focused videos, demos, blog posts, website content, ebooks, and other value-add assets.
- Work with the Sales Enablement Lead to support the sales team with sales assets that increase opportunity-to-sale conversion, PARR and inbound opportunities, continuously measuring impact, learning and improving these over time.
- Work with the PMM, Product and broader teams to determine activities, needs and priorities to support GTM launches.
- Maintain market-facing messaging and content on analyst, research and review sites.
- Sector & buyer persona level research and insights of customer needs, pain points, messaging, KPIs and competitors to support resource/content development.
- Communicate learnings and set up feedback loops with internal teams across Squiz globally.
- Test, measure and report on success.

We need your innate curiosity and creativity to dominate Working hand in glove with Product, Marketing, Sales, Account and Customer functions, your role is to distill the voice of the customer. You’ll love speaking with customers to nail the customer problems that matter, and map those needs to our solutions. This insight enables you to conceptualise and produce digital assets that create demand and educate the market about our products.
This role is perfect for a curious, creative, and natural problem-solver, who is not afraid to ask questions and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. You have a natural affinity for storytelling and digital content creation - from messaging and copywriting, to visual concepts and production for websites, video or presentations.
Familiarity with SaaS tech, and the ability to grasp and translate complex concepts into simple messaging are core tools in your skillset. As a driver of change, you should naturally enjoy building rapport with diverse stakeholders, and can energise others towards achieving a common goal.
