**This is a great opportunity and to be considered, **you will play a critical role in driving financial performance.We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on **Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager **to join our Australian Broking Finance team in a **12 month contract** position. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes for our Australian business to support strategic decision making. If you are a financial expert with a strong background in analysis, an understanding of the insurance sector or financial services, and the ability to simply communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels, we want to hear from you

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years experience in financial planning, analysis, preferably insurance or financial services
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, support and develop a team
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

**Key responsibilities**
- ** Financial Planning and Budgeting**: Lead the annual budgeting process, develop financial models and forecasts, and collaborate with department business leaders to align financial plans and objectives.
- ** Financial Analysis and Reporting**: Prepare and present financial reports, conduct detailed financial analysis, and develop key performance indicators to track business performance.
- ** Strategic Support**: Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives, partner with business leaders on new projects, and support long term financial strategies.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a small team of financial Business Partners and Analysts, promoting collaboration, and driving outcomes.
