We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Leading Hand / Labourer within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Assist Site Supervisor and take ownership of jobs from commencement to completion- Engage, coordinate & manage Fulton Hogan employees and sub-contractors on job sites- Communicate with site team to program and track the progress of jobs- Attend & contribute to meetings- Dispute / issue resolution, as required- Ensure all inspections & other relevant documentation is signed off- Ensure company HSE policies are followed at all times.

How you'll connect to the role:
- Building trade / construction qualification or relevant industry experience- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills- Ability to build effective relationships & be empathetic to the needs of the client- Positive attitude, sound work ethic & self-motivated- Comfortable working autonomously with mínimal supervision- Valid Driver’s License (MR minimum)- Operator tickets and proficiency with Excavator and Telehandler- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
