Our Client is a leading provider of roof and gutter repair, replacement, cleaning, and restoration services across Brisbane and Ipswich. With over 20 years of experience, their team is dedicated to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

**About The Opportunity**:
Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of roof and gutter assembly
- Train and supervise team members in roofing and guttering techniques
- Identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with OHS standards
- Provide high-level customer service and problem-solving skills
- Manage job sites, including equipment and scaffolding setup

**About You**:

- Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring materials accurately
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Experience in roofing and guttering installation and repairs

You will also have:

- Driver’s Licence and Working at Heights Certification
- Blue & White Card
