Position**:Functional & Strength Training Coach, Ideally you are KEEN to START your Reformer Pilates ERA JOURNEY**

Location: The HIIT Movement Rouse HILL

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead group classes and/or private training sessions focused on functional and strength training.
- FOLLOW tailored workout plans to fit individual client needs and fitness levels.
- Educate clients on form, technique, and safe lifting practices.
- Foster a welcoming, motivating, and positive training environment.
- Support members in reaching their goals through encouragement and consistent progress tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the fitness industry, with a focus on functional and strength training (not essential but desirablle)
- Relevant fitness certifications
- Strong knowledge of strength training techniques, functional movement patterns, and injury prevention.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe, effective, and sustainable way.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, motivating personality.
- YOU must LEAD with your PASSION and NOT your EGO

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $53.01 - $76.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Instructor: 1 year (preferred)
- Group fitness: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
