Joining our growing NDIS Plan Management team, this is a full-time position for a dynamic person-centred person who is committed to making a difference. You will be the go-to team member for provider claims and invoicing and NDIS compliance, we a wizard in efficient and accurate processing of provider claims and be a Canny Plan Management guru as well as providing a high-level of support to our Head of Plan Management.

So, what does a typical day in the life of an NDIS Plan Management Provider Liaison Lead look like? While we can guarantee no two days will be the same, this could be you
- Accurate and efficient processing of provider claims and participant reimbursement within the Canny Plan Management nominated timeframe;
- Liaise with providers to guide them on compliance with NDIS requirements and resolve and escalated invoicing issues;
- Provide guidance, advice and training to team members on provider invoice compliance, invoice processing and efficient use of our CRM;
- Ensure quality record keeping and capturing of relevant information;
- Maintain current knowledge of NDIA, NDIS and the disability sector, in particular in relation to providers; and
- Actively participate in business growth targets and stakeholder satisfaction.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the _NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits_and associated NDIA and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission information and documentation;
- Experience and high-level skills in accurate and efficient accounts payable processes;
- Experience in the use of CRM and financial software platforms;
- Understanding and commitment to person-centred support and service to people with disability;
- Proven ability to identify, prioritise and manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines;
- Experience in delivering high-quality outcomes through relationship management and high-volume interactions;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check;
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee);
- Satisfactory Police Check;
- Satisfactory Bankruptcy Check; and
- Rights to work in Australia.

**Salary + Applying**

Salary will be paid commensurate with experience, however, and indicative commencement range would be: $70,000 - $85,000.
