**Now a bit about the role:
- Leading the overarching Program change activities during the planning, implementation and delivery of up to 16 initiatives on the NWoW Program Roadmap. Change activities may include communication, training, coaching, plans or other documentation.
- Supporting and guiding the Program Team to deliver change management and communication activities at the initiative level;
- Driving and coordinating Program Showcases (a key vehicle to communicate and share progress with our stakeholders);
- Facilitating workshops to identify change management needs and action plans to address;
- Driving and coordinating the Change Champion group established to actively advocate within each Department;
- Maintaining Program Change Management and Communication Strategies, Plans and Tools aligned with the RSLQ Organisational Change Framework;

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in change management, communications, program or multi-project management; or related discipline. Formal training in at least one leading project / change methodology (PMBOK, Prince 2, PROSCI etc.)
- 5-10 years’ experience in leading change within business transformational initiatives
- Ability to deliver tangible results iteratively in complex environments
- Strong relationship builder and communicator with experience in developing end to end organisational change strategies for complex programs of work.
