**About the team**

Sitting within the Enterprise Transformation Team, we are establishing a new and centralised team of Snr Change Managers focussed on designing and delivering sustainable change at Queensland Rail.

This small, but dynamic, team will serve as trusted, strategic advisors to senior leadership, providing expertise and orchestrating change through a cohesive and coordinated approach across a large transformation program.

**About the role**

We have **three** exciting **fixed-term, 3-year full-time opportunities** (option for a 12-month fixed-term contract can be discussed) for experienced, senior-level change management professionals to join our transformation program as **Senior Organisational Change Managers**.

From maturing change management methods and tools to coaching and engaging with a diverse mix of stakeholders, these roles provide a variety of opportunities to further your professional legacy and shape what sustainable change management looks like at Queensland Rail.

This unique and varied role is not without its challenges. Still, it is the perfect opportunity for a resilient individual passionate about change management to contribute significantly to a large-scale transformation program.
