**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic **Consultant Obstetrician/Gynaecologist** Specialist to join the team at Northern Health for a part-time ongoing position.

The Consultant/Locum will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members including allied health clinicians, nursing and medical staff to deliver high quality colorectal services as well as driving related research and innovation. The role is based at various Northern Health campuses and will encompass ward, theatre and outpatient care.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Undergraduate medical qualification as a first degree is essential - MBBS, MD, PhD or equivalent.
- Appropriate specialty qualifications such as Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) or equivalent is essential.
- Eligible for registration for Medicare provider number.
