Our State Government Client located in the inner suburbs of Sydney are looking for motivated Customer service representatives to join their team. These fantastic contract positions offer an immediate start running through to the end of June 2023. Huge opportunities to extend and progress with the Organisation.

This role offers a great stepping stone into the Government sector where you will be part of a leading provider in the Education industry, in a dynamic and customer service driven team. You will be providing excellent customer service and be promoting the vast opportunities in further education on offer. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge of the education sector, offering advice and responding to a range of enquiries to assist new prospective students on their new journey

**Responsibilities**:
Provide excellent customer service over the phone in relation to education course enquires for new prospective students.
Educate potential students on up to date course information and pricing.
Listen attentively to the customer and provide appropriate advice and direction in order to meet their needs.
Upsell on a variety of courses or training on offer in order to increase admissions.
Discuss fees and payment options with prospective students.
Manage multiple database and IT systems at one time.
Input data accurately into the system.
Take payments in relation to course/training fees over the phone.

Key selection Criteria:
Someone who is enthusiastic and driven to achieve great success in their career.
A confident and polite phone manner.
Previous experience providing excellent customer service in a high volume and busy environment.
Someone who can adapt quickly to a regularly changing environment and has great organisational skills.
Someone who can pick up systems quickly and manage multiple IT Systems at one time.
A previous background in the education sector would be highly regarded.
