MAYDAY Recruitment is currently looking for an ambitious Customer Service Administrator to join an organisation who provides an invaluable service to its customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven an organised service professional to work for an award winning national sustainable energy Engineering, Procurement and Construction company. You will be responsible in providing excellent service to customers and providing support to daily operations within the organization to help drive success.

**Main responsibilities include**:
- Responding to customer queries, in a timely and accurate way.
- Monitor customer complaints and immediately resolving or escalating serious issues.
- General Admin support to the team including data entry, quoting, invoicing, and scheduling meetings
- Subcontractor administration including assessment document collection and site inductions
- Maintain accurate records/documentation through consistent updating of databases via company software/CRM.
- Liaise with team members, suppliers, subcontractor, and clients, ensuring needs are met
- Deal with logistics and warranty replacements of items.
- Find ways to improve overall customer service satisfaction
- Previous experience in administration roles within an operational environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Commitment to continuously improve the organizations customer service skills.
