**Overview**

The role is responsible for the provision of training activities and reviewing existing practices and workflows to assist with the improvement of the system and clinical and business processes. The incumbent facilitates and reinforces clear and early communication of relevant expectations in relation to improvement across their particular clinical or non-clinical professional community.

The position is also responsible for providing advice regarding the development or amendment of SA Health operational policies to support new EMR-related processes and work practices.
