Located just above East Village Shopping Centre, our spacious 4,170 sqm Zetland club is your go-to location for work, rest and play in the inner-east. Inside you'll find 8 spacious studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, club-V creche facilities, and a bright café and lounge area for unwinding post-workout.

**Your gig**

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll sell fitness memberships to people from all walks of life. You’ll be empowered to get creative in your sales strategies
- In a nutshell:_
- You’ll understand peoples’ goals, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form a genuine and long-term relationship with them.
- You’ll provide people with relevant solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- You’ll deliver warm and genuine interactions where queries and feedback are handled effectively.
- You’ll create a flawless experience for each new member by providing a non-intimidating sign-up process and a thorough set-up to ensure they have a smooth first visit.
- You’ll identify and gain new members through daily activities like prospect and retention calls, community activations (always loads of fun) and following up leads and referrals.
- You’ll get a comprehensive four week induction to set you up for success and ongoing product and sales training ensure you optimise your results.
- You’ll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach your targets.

- You’re passionate about fitness, patient, level-headed and cool under pressure.
- You’re comfortable on the phones, get a kick out of hitting and exceeding targets and always look for new ways to generate business.
- You‘re comfortable communicating at all levels. You’re curious and love to learn about people so that you can come up with prescriptive solutions to kick start their fitness journey.
- You’re a team player. You love voicing ideas with your teammates. People can count on you to offer a helping hand.

**How to apply**

**Salary**: $52,800.00 - $75,000.00 per year
