Quality assure program and project information, particularly progress reports against agreed objectives. Ensure that programs and projects adhere to the agreed project and program management approaches and that they provide appropriate information to agreed targets of timelines and accuracy. Support Program/Project Managers to ensure desired outcomes and benefits are defined, measured and achieved. Provide coaching and training to develop program and project management capability and competence within the Program by leading, managing and directing multi-disciplinary program/project team/s. Provide expert advice and strategic input into the development of program and project outputs and capabilities to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with Department of Agriculture and Fisheries policies, strategies and architecture. Ability to clarify complexities and articulate a compelling vision of change.
Contribute to the Lessons Learnt process, outcomes and evidenced data to program continuous improvement. Develop and prepare complex reports, briefing, notes, dashboards, and presentations on designated project/benefits outcomes, findings, and recommendations for various audiences. Provide support to the Program Executive in achieving the Program's Strategic Plan, including reviewing performance against the strategic objectives and tracking of the Programs work plan by area. Assist the Program with their strategic business and resource planning.
