You’ll be building and enhancing patient relationships on a non-clinical level for both new and existing patients.

The role will involve:

- Building rapport and relationships with patients before, during and after their visit to the clinic to ensure that they are happy, they feel comfortable and they receive the treatments that they want through excellent customer/client service
- Ensuring that the patient journey in the clinic is second-to-none.
- Liaise with each individual Dentist and understand what treatments the dentists are recommending to the patients
- Consult with the patients and promote the dental services to them. This will involve presenting treatment plans with different options and present payment plan options
- Answering any queries and communicating dental procedures in an easy way for them to understand.
- Very importantly, in the process you’ll ensure that the patients receive the care they need and are satisfied with the outcome of the treatment, including post-treatment check-ins.
- Administration work - ensuring that communications are recorded and noted.

*Previous dental experience is not required.*

- The impact you’ll be making on thousands of patients’ lives by ensuring that they receive the right treatments to help them feel more confident in their smile and their oral health
- Being the pivotal link between the dentist and the patients and ensuring both parties are satisfied
- Connecting with people, learning about them and their stories, meet people from different walks of life
- Being part of a high-energy, high-growth business
- Work in a warm, social, dynamic and non-toxic environment where everyone respects each other and respects the patients
- Be part of one of the fastest-growing practices in the region, and a practice that invests into technology and providing high-quality care in a sophisticated way

*

**THE PRACTICE**

We’re hiring for two practices, same company. They are growth-focused, high-end premium practices in Newcastle and the Central Coast (Tuggerah). They are highly patient-centric and is a key player in the region. The practice is known for its innovation, tech-savviness, high standards and quality dentistry.

There is a loyal patient base and due to word of mouth, referrals and its investment into marketing, its patient base grows by at least 130-150 patients per month, seeking out high-value treatments, which means you’ll be busy and will have fun doing it

There is a fun, warm, collaborative and supportive culture that also emanates through to the patients and your energy will radiate onto the patients and make them feel welcome.

*
