**About the role**

The Administration Officer - contributes to the efficiency of the Specialty Medicine 2 Program’s administration support functions by undertaking training in various positions including: secretarial, reception, ward clerk, and frontline outpatient. Duties may involve word processing, data entry, records management and general clerical functions to both administrative and multi-disciplinary teams.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working with Children Check
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
