We have a full-time ongoing opportunity for Technical Services Officer based at Sydney Olympic Park.

**About the role**

As the Technical Services Officer you will be responsible for providing broad-ranging support to users utilising a range of media (including the infrastructure environment and software) to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the organisations’ ICT environment.

As a Technical Services Officer, you will be required to:

- Provide tier 1 service desk support and technical tier 2 desktop and infrastructure support to users across the Office of Sport
- Utilise appropriate tools and methods to address user support queries and return user’s ICT systems and networks to optimum efficiency
- Manage set-up activities for ICT devices and systems and monitor their performance to limit or prevent loss of service to end users
- Create and maintain support documentation to assist others in restoring services and reduce the impact of unplanned outages
- Assist project teams to complete tasks and delivery aspects project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved
- Adhere to information security policies and procedures including security surrounding hardware and software as well as necessary technical documentation
- Performing site visits to Office of Sport sites and offices when required.

**Essential requirements**
- Experience in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory. Azure AD and various Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Experience in configuring, installing and supporting telephony technologies and software in a networked environment
- ITIL certification at least to Foundation level (ideally v3 and above)
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
- A National Criminal Records Check (NCRC) clearance

- Provide a working example of you working on an IM&T related project as part of the Service Delivery team. Describe your role in the project and what impact did you have to the outcome of the project.
