Renewals Sales Representative

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

As the Renewals Sales Representative ANZ, you will manage by phone, electronically and social media assigned accounts and customer renewals. You will play an integral role in building, maintaining, and forecasting sales pipeline which creates and develops account plans for existing and new customers.

This role is ideal for someone looking to enhance and grow their early career in IT sales, with a strong passion for customer management.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with Internal Renewal Operations Team to prepare and review account contracts and identify renewal pipeline forecast.
- Reconcile install base with customer, sales partners, distributors asset reports to ensure all existing products are identified and renewed; with a solid understanding of co-terming contracts/assets.
- Oversee the quoting and booking process to ensure successful renewal booking and contract execution to the end-user and Aruba system updates.
- Cross functional interaction with teams such as Service Marketing, Finance, IT, Order Management, Customer Support, Pricing, Marketing & Sales to ensure alignment on renewal processes.
- Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly renewal sales forecast for your assigned territory.
- Initiate steps as needed to remediate customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or renewal impact.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferably in IT Sales.
- 1-3 years’ experience in inside sales or Renewals, supporting field sales organisations and/or Channel Partners in providing quotes for maintenance support, and driving deal closures.
- B2B tech industry experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet prioritize workload to meet all KPIs, goals, and objectives.
- A genuine customer focused approach, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
