We are searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our Sydney customer service team where our systems, customer support and reputation are at the forefront of the market. If you have a background in customer service or logistics, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- End to end management of each transaction including timely and accurate revenue recognition.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics to ensure customer shipping expectations are met
- Effective follow up on outstanding Invoices.
- Data integrity - Order entry accuracy, investigate inventory discrepancies and work with supply chain to ensure accurate recording of item/lot/serial numbers.
- Report any pricing discrepancies and maintain pricing data.
- Maintain collaborative partnerships with sales BDMs, and departments within the operations division.
- Maintain records in accordance with Quality SOP
- Conduct all activities within requirements of OHS policy.
- Participate in annual review of CS processes and procedures identifying areas of improvements.
- General and ad-hoc office duties

**To be successful we will need someone who**:

- Has solid experience in customer service.
- Can demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses high attention to detail, and has a proven ability to multitask and sustain high accuracy in a fast paced environment.
- Has a passion in providing support and guidance to customers by actioning enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
