**ABOUT US**:
Assigned Guardian Angel is a registered NDIS provider who delivers high quality services, to a range of clients from private-pay clients, NDIS recipients as well as TAC care recipients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service to consumers, general public and staff in a prompt, professional and effective manner
- Update and maintain roster changes, including sourcing replacment staff to cover shifts
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Assist HR or Recruitment for coordinating interviews and job vacancy announcements
- Maintains administration systems, including diaries, records, filing and archiving of records.
- Assist with Marketing and maintaining the company social media accounts
- Communicate sensitively, openly and effectively with consumers, their families/carers and/or advocates, substitute decision makers and other staff including providing prompt, courteous and relevant responses to all enquiries including internal and external requests

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated Administration or equivalent experience in a similar role.

You are highly motivated, with exceptional communication skills, you have experience with Microsoft Office including MS Excel and MS Word.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caroline Springs, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
