**About The Role**

Carma is on the hunt for a compliance whiz to join our Finance team You’ll be a highly organised individual with a strong eye for detail, system savvy, with the drive and resilience to take ownership of the internal systems for vehicle purchases, transfers and trade ins.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inputting and updating the data for all Carma vehicles in our relevant systems
- Perform a final accuracy check of information for cars going live on the website and marketplaces.
- Maintain all required documents for purchasing cars, including licences, registrations papers, and PPSR's.
- Liaise with Buying and Customer Experience teams to onboard relevant information for purchasing and trading.
- Streamline processes by identifying automation opportunities to drive efficiency

- Previous administration or compliance experience in a fast paced environment
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You’re tech savvy and can pick up new systems quickly
- You’re a resilient problem solver who loves to identify opportunities to improve processes
