We are pleased to announce internal career opportunities within our ground handling aviation company for the positions of Ramp Supervisor, Ramp Duty Manager, and Ramp Operations Manager. We believe that our talented and dedicated employees are the driving force behind our success, and we are committed to providing growth and advancement opportunities within our organization.

**Position 1: Ramp Supervisor**

**Position 2: Ramp Duty Manager**

**Position 3: Ramp Operations Manager**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proficient computer and numerical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective leadership and coaching skills.
- In-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Ability to resolve operational issues within a designated area.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with Ramp and Baggage systems (SMART, MORSE, RSMS) and Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Hold and maintain a valid Cat 2 ADA.
- Hold and maintain a valid state driver's license.
- Hold and maintain a valid ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card).

**Safety, Security and Compliance**:
All employees have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to:

- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by their actions or omissions whilst at work.
- Co-operate with their manager / supervisor in order to allow them to perform or comply with any legal requirements imposed on the company.
- Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided by the company in the interests of health, safety or welfare reasons.

An employee who impedes the implementation of a safe and healthy system of work or puts themselves or others at risk by not following health and safety procedures or by engaging in horseplay, will face serious disciplinary action. Endangering the health and safety of people, is considered in most Countries and States to be a breach of law, and enforcing officials (e.g., fire officers, local health and safety authority) could bring prosecutions against the Company, Company Directors, Management and employees alike.
