Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of ramp handling, meeting the requirements of our customers and maintaining health and safety and overall good working practices in accordance to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Working knowledge of sectional operating procedures, requirements and systems.
- Work without direct supervision.
- Drive and/or operate main/lower deck loaders in accordance with safe operating procedures.
- Operate all in hold aircraft systems and all ground handling and commercial type airport equipment including all equipment associated with ramp/passenger aircraft servicing and general transport operations excluding push back equipment.
- Confirm that the aircraft hold is loaded in accordance with LIR - the method of confirmation to be agreed between the company, Level 4 and Level 7 employees and the TWU.
- Respond to customer/supplier problems which arise within the employees own section.
- Provide advice and information on the organisations products and services.
- Ability to lift baggage up to 32kgs.
- Working knowledge of sectional operating procedures, requirements and systems.
- “Work Down” as directed.

**Safety, Security and Compliance**

- Co-operate with their manager / supervisor in order to allow them to perform or comply with any legal requirements imposed on the company.
- Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided by the company in the interests of health, safety or welfare reasons.
- Inform their manager / supervisor of any work situation, equipment or activity that represents a serious or immediate danger to health and safety.
- Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents or dangerous occurrences to their manager / supervisor, who will then follow the procedures contained in this manual.
- Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
- Fully understand the company health and safety policy.
- Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
- Engage with MORSE and follow our code principles.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of operating procedures, requirements and systems.
- Dangerous Goods awareness and handling requirements.
- Security awareness.
- Hold and maintain valid Cat 2 ADA.
- Hold and maintain valid state drivers licence.
- Hold and maintain valid ASIC.
- Open to attain a forklift licence if required.
