**The Opportunity**

Veolia ANZ is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Officer to join our Environmental Services team based in Bibra Lake 6163. As the Internal Sales Officer you will be involved in supporting our existing sales team, help grow our State Government business under the Common Use Agreement and provide administrative support to the Group.

This is a full time permanent office based position, that would suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

**What you’ll be responsible for**
- Attend to incoming customer Sales and Retention based calls promptly and efficiently
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases and reviewing existing services. ,
- Support internal stakeholders across the business.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Previous experience within an internal sales type role would be highly advantageous
- Waste industry experience desired but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with Google Suite, G Mail, Excel and Salesforce is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment with rapidly changing priorities
