We are looking for a junior HR Business Partner to join our Field HR team
Working closely with the Country HRBPs, you will play a critical role in day-to-day field Operations, supporting our Field HR Business Partners to ensure processes and initiatives are effectively in place to accelerate business performance

**Key responsibilities**:
- Be the main point of contact for employees in providing HR generalist support, administration and policy advice; And / or escalate accordingly to Area HRBP;
- Be the first point of contact for Area managers in Employee Relations matters and support HRBPs in high level investigations by coordinating meetings, taking meeting minutes, drafting reports;
- Coordinate field travel arrangements, work closely with the Training Team for Inductions and Onboarding;
- Work closely with Field management to follow up on probationary and performance reviews, licence updates for health care professionals and other relevant documents;
- Collaborate with Sales team to support in day-to-day activities from HR;
- Facilitate HR communications and reporting, drafting presentations for monthly meetings;
- Proactively engage with Field Management to assess organisational capabilities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address identified gaps;
- Ensure execution and adherence to Amplifon HR principles, practices and policies and other advice where necessary;
- Support developing and/or updating forms, templates, auditing and maintaining of workforce planning for the field team;
- Support the Senior HRBP in providing detailed advice on Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations, interpreting Enterprise Agreements, modern awards, Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards.
- Other administrative as deemed appropriate by the HRBPs;
**Education and experience**
- University Degree in Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated;
- 2 years of Australian experience;
- Employee Relations Experience is an advantage;
