**About the Role**

The **_Logistics Administrator _**is responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support to the Logistics, Operations team and other internal and external stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Inventory Management; including cycle counting and stocktakes of packaging and finished goods, reviewing stock on hand reports to ensure inventory is accurate
- Inventory Management; support the product life cycle management process for packaging, ingredients and finished goods by managing the destruction / disposal and inventory adjustments in SAP
- Inventory Management; monitor inventory at our copacker (LJM) investigating and resolving any decrepancies in conjunction with the appropriate Campari / copacker person
- Vendor management including returns; Management of non-deliveries, non-conformances of finish goods including credits, debits
- Raising and processing purchase orders including return purchase orders for non confirming goods supplied
- Processing of vendor invoices in GBS
- Chep and Loscom Pallet Management including account reconciliation.
- Provide Customer Service to internal and external customers
- Management of the “call in” process including; calling in of raw materials from suppliers for production (i.e. cans, labels, cartons & wraps); Liaising with Production around Line Performance, adjusting call in timeslots as required; Working with the operations & planning around volumes and stock availability;Scheduling timeslots with the supplier; Good receipting of raw materials

**About you**
- Previous experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Inventory Management background
- Previous experience within a warehouse in dispatch or an inwards good role
- Intermediate Excel, SAP
- Able to multi-task various activities at one time
- Structured and detailed in their approach to tasks
- High level of attention to detail
