We are looking to onboard
- Trainer & Assessor for teaching the Diploma of Commercial Cookery to our students from diverse nationalities.

**About the role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver **Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery.**
- Training and assessment
- Recording and resulting assessment
- Following up outstanding assessment
- Providing support and guidance for learners
- Ensure all materials, assessment plans, assessment tools are current, sufficient, valid and reliable
- Ensure that assessments meet the requirements of the endorsed components of Training Packages and the outcomes specified in accredited courses within the scope of registration.
- Ensure that assessments, regardless of whether through a training and assessment pathway or an assessment only pathways comply with relevant standards and requirements at all times
- Ensure that high quality training and assessment standards are maintained at all times
- Promote training courses throughout the community through individual contact and other means
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 OR TAE40116) or higher
- At least one of the following qualifications or higher: Certificate III / IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma qualification in Hospitality Management
- Industry experience and knowledge in your field, Cookery and Hospitality
- Previous VET Sector / RTO experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
