We are looking to onboard

  • Trainer & Assessor for teaching the Diploma of Commercial Cookery to our students from diverse nationalities.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver
Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery.

  • Training and assessment
  • Recording and resulting assessment
  • Following up outstanding assessment
  • Providing support and guidance for learners
  • Ensure all materials, assessment plans, assessment tools are current, sufficient, valid and reliable
  • Ensure that assessments meet the requirements of the endorsed components of Training Packages and the outcomes specified in accredited courses within the scope of registration.
  • Ensure that assessments, regardless of whether through a training and assessment pathway or an assessment only pathways comply with relevant standards and requirements at all times
  • Ensure that high quality training and assessment standards are maintained at all times
  • Promote training courses throughout the community through individual contact and other means
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 OR TAE40116) or higher
  • At least one of the following qualifications or higher: Certificate III / IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma qualification in Hospitality Management
  • Industry experience and knowledge in your field, Cookery and Hospitality
  • Previous VET Sector / RTO experience
