**THE ROLE**

As part of our diverse team based in **Sydney**, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

The IMS will be the expert on workplace injury management practices to support Claims Specialists in our corporate portfolio, developing the most effective return to work, return to life and recovery strategies.

This will be a **12 month Max term contract **position commencing as soon as possible based in the **Sydney Office **with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work directly with claims specialists as part of a team to deliver the icare customer experience.
- Assess worker injuries and develop injury management strategies tailored to specific customer needs
- Ensure claims teams achieve performance and KPI targets as set out as part of the BU performance framework
- Provide specialist Injury Management coaching and one on one support to team members regarding claims management strategy and treatment approvals

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong injury management capabilities with focus on mental health, medical cases and a variety of physical injuries and complex situations.
- Demonstrated experience in Injury management experience or high risk significant injury claims.
- Experience in creating solutions, problem solving and ability to create innovative solutions for our customers and stakeholders.
- Able to manage complex customers and situations with ease and pressure.
