We co-create cloud-based solutions and the necessary hardware components to gather data from industrial equipment, which our customers then use to streamline their industrial fleet management.

In a nutshell, we make technology that helps companies look after their industrial machinery and business better — we enable them to work safer and more efficiently, and save time and money.

To support our growth, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating strategic relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve the full value of their telematics investment, and consistently managing their needs and overall health of the relationship. You have a passion for working with customers and helping them achieve tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in executing customer orders, order confirmation, entry, shipping, and invoicing
- Work cross-functionally with other internal departments including sales, technical support, accounting, and senior management
- Address customer order inquiries and resolve complaints via our internal ticketing system
- Contribute positively to GemOne's overall customer experience strategy
- Provide assistance to technical support tickets
- Assist with non-warranty related product returns and credits
- Assist with customer service improvement projects
- Manage inventory stock levels and replenishment orders

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years' experience in customer service roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and sense of responsibility
- Problem-solving attitude and aptitude
- A flexible attitude, but you are also a self-motivated individual who can work with mínimal supervision by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.
- Affinity with technology/software is a plus
