"Data Delivery Group Practice" is part of "Data Products & Data Delivery" domain within CDAO. We are a multi-disciplinary team of passionate end-to-end data & analytics delivery professionals that enables data delivery democratisation/ autonomy, uplift data maturity and literacy across the Group. We provide data delivery thought leadership/ guidance and create leading examples of delivering data safely and swiftly for the Group, using latest data & AI strategies, cutting edge solutions, latest technology tooling, simplified delivery patterns & new ways of working.

**Responsibilities**
- Author & manage data delivery knowledge management needs via creative articles, playbooks, learning materials & education sessions
- Set organisation standards and industry best practices of Data delivery and Data DevSecOps
- Provide advisory on end-to-end data delivery processes through requirements, solutioning, data profiling, data design/ modelling, development, testing, release management and operate in production
- Provide data delivery guidance for evolving needs from federation, strategy and transformation
- Understand business problems and guide with data & analytics driven solutions
- Innovate to continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate & improve data delivery speed
- Contribute to data maturity outcomes and data literacy initiatives
- Work with other group practices to collectively align towards data, analytics & AI practice outcomes
**We're interested in hearing from people who have**
- Over 5 years of experience at Lead/Senior BA level in large Banks/ organizations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with passion on best practices/industry standards around SDLC, DDLC, Agile & DevOps
- Strong expertise in creating knowledge management artefacts like process flows, operating guides, playbooks, and other creative learning materials for Practice
- Experience in data intensive environments including databases, data lake houses, data warehouses and data platforms
- Good understanding of data delivery life cycle & associated concepts including data analysis, data profiling, data design, data modelling, data ingestion, data cleansing, data extraction, data definitions/dictionary, data lineage mapping, data classification, data quality, etc.
- Good understanding of Data management/Data governance processes, and tools like Alation/Collibra
- Some experience in DBMS (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and MIS reporting (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is desirable
- Exposure to data modelling concepts/ frameworks, design patterns is desirable
- Exposure to AWS Cloud platform and Snowflake is desirable
- Knowledge of BIAN, service domains, business object models is desirable
- Knowledge of data products concepts, data mesh architecture, data fabric concepts is desirable
