**The Opportunity**

Located in Ashmore, The Domain Country Club is a large Retirement living community. In this role you will be working closely with the Community Manager and each of the Body Corporate Committees, ensuring the smooth administration of each body corporate within the community. As an organised administrator, you will be responsible for managing administration items such as taking minutes, sending out communications, setting meetings and engaging with residents. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background working in Body Corporate management, real estate, property management or who has strong administration & personnel skills wanting a new challenge

This is a **permanent part-time **position working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9-2.30pm** - perfect role for someone looking for great work/life balance

**You will**
- Complete administrative duties for multiple Body Corporates in the community including setting agendas, meeting attendance & follow-up, minute-taking (AGMs etc), maintaining records and bank accounts and inspecting common areas.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as residents, Community Manager and fellow team members to provide positive outcomes
- Complete general ad-hoc duties delegated to you by the Community Manager and provide vital support to them in their absence
- Have a passion for building on resident satisfaction and engage with multiple stakeholders at once
- Provide a caring, safe and inspiring environment that supports our residents in living their lives to the fullest through the latter stage of their ageing journey

**What you will bring**
- Admin experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Strata or Body Corporate settings (desired)
- Sound understanding of Body Corporate Act (preferred)
- Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs (essential)
- A warm & friendly personality with sharp attention to detail
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)

**What we offer**
- $27.14/hour + relevant Aged Care Award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation
- Permanent role, three days a week and finishing at 2.30pm
- Potential to earn up to 8 weeks Parental Leave
