**As a Dental Receptionist you will be responsible** for phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, and ensuring admin and the patient journey are seamless. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and customer service to ensure a positive experience for our patients. You will work closely with our dental team to support our patients' needs and team’s vision.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Patient Interaction**: Greet and assist patients, manage appointments, and handle inquiries.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records, process payments, manage billing, and support team operations.
- **Clinical Support** (Assistant Role when required): Prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, take X-rays, and follow infection control protocols.
- **Patient Care**: Ensure patients feel comfortable, provide clear explanations of procedures, and offer post-treatment instructions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Dental experience is a must**:one-year minimum experience, with good knowledge of equipment, protocols and dental procedures
