Facilities Management plans, develops and manages the University's physical environment and specialist soft services across the UniSQ locations, in support of the University's mission and goals.

The Facilities Management team is seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Maintenance Administrator to provide administrative support and coordination to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the team. If you are an adaptable and proactive individual with great problem-solving skills the Facilities Management team would like to hear from you

**What you'll do**

The Facilities Maintenance Administrator provides efficient operational support to assist in the management of the University infrastructure and assets, ensuring safety and compliance objectives are achieved and the built environment is functional for staff, students, and visitors. You will have a client centric focus and will be responsible for the provision of high quality, professional assistance and administrative support for Facilities Management and its clients.

**What will help you succeed**

Together with your relevant qualifications, you will be a highly organised administrative professional with excellent interpersonal skills and have great attention to detail and time management skills. Additionally, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently are highly desirable.
