Savanna is seeking an additional full time Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Coordinator to join our growing Maintenance team. Based in Toowoomba.
The CMMS Coordinator ensures that the CMMS is used effectively to track maintenance activities, manage asset information, schedule preventive maintenance, and generate meaningful reports to support the maintenance operations. The CMMS Coordinator works closely with the maintenance team, operations team, and other stakeholders to optimize the use of the system and improve maintenance performance.

3-5 years of experience in maintenance management or CMMS administration. Experience in a manufacturing, facilities management, or related environment is an advantage. CMMS certification or related certifications are desirable. Proficient in CMMS software (e.g., MEX, SAP PM, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What you'll be doing:
Maintain and update CMMS software to ensure its proper functioning. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CMMS. Configure the CMMS to meet the needs of the maintenance department. Develop and update CMMS user manuals and provide training to staff on system use. Input and manage asset information, work orders, and maintenance schedules. Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately recorded in the CMMS. Maintain equipment and asset records, including history and documentation. Create, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS. Prioritize and schedule preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance tasks. Track work order completion and ensure timely updates Generate reports on maintenance performance, equipment history, and other key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on CMMS data. Continuously improve CMMS processes and functionality. Work with IT and software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Stay updated on CMMS software updates and enhancements Provide technical support to CMMS users. Conduct training sessions for new users and refresher courses for existing users. Develop training materials and standard operating procedures related to the CMMS.
