You will be assisting and reporting directly to the company’s Director and will be working alongside with our Finance and Operations personnel.

Having **prior experience in HR hiring, Sales, or customer service** **is** **critical**. Preferably with direct experience in the Australian market. Otherwise, please provide compelling experience and relevant skills that are transferable to our needs.

**Work Arrangement - the commitment we are looking for**:

- Follow Australian hours and holidays
- Available to work between 9am - 5pm Melbourne time
- Responsive and available during working hours
- 8 hours work day, 5 days per week

**Key Responsibilities - nature of your work**:

- Build our Human Resource infrastructure, provide insights, develop hiring strategy for our needs
- Take care of new comers onboarding journey, either contractor or employees
- Build processes, procedures, scorecards (KPI)
- Spreading culture to a community, emphasizing company values even more to all people working around us. (i.e cleaners and clients)
- Highly diverse, high growth pace, highly uncertain (not suitable for someone that's suitable for routine.
