**The role**

Origin has established an Information Security and Assurance Program (ISAP) to further improve Origin’s security control posture. The ISAP program of work is complex and spans the entire organisation across multiple technology and business teams.

The Change & Comms Manager will use a planned and methodical approach using the most appropriate mediums to provide a high standard of all change activities including engagement with stakeholders across all Business Units at Origin, personnel from the Security Operations teams and reporting on progress of all Change activities to the Executive Steering Committee.

This role has a strong emphasis on preparing visual illustrations, presentation packs and written communications that describe a complex environment in a simple and palatable way. Using our project and change management frameworks, you will be passionate about actively delivering valued change outcomes that make a difference for the business and our customers. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities;
- Complete initial change diagnosis, stakeholder analysis and understand the high-level change.
- Develop the Change Strategy and ensures that it aligns to the overall strategy of the Program.
- Asses the change impact and produce a Heatmap that can be used as a powerful tool on an ongoing basis.
- Develop the Stakeholder Engagement Plan and maintain stakeholder lists, ensuring that communication methods are suitable for each group.
- Develop the change story, master messages, communication plans and support materials.
- Develop the Change Plan including Change on a Page, agreed interventions, training and activity schedule.
- Develop the Training Plan based on a new security policies and mandatory training that will be required of the Business and Security Operations teams.
- Complete business and change readiness assessments for transition to BAU
- Report on change success metrics and monitor change progress
- Ensure change deliverables meet project objectives for being on time and in budget.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Organisation Change/Change Management.
- Experience and ability to deliver. facilitate organisational wide change set timelines and associated deliverables.
- Proven ability at building relationships across all business and can influence senior management and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communicator - written and verbal to influence in a positive manner, including verbal and written content.
- Understands/ is familiar in working in a strong project governance environment.
- Successful embedding of cultural, technology and process change.
- A depth of knowledge around change management principles and methods to develop and deliver impactful change plans.
- Experience in training and coaching others to develop change capability.
- Strength in advocating the use of project and change management disciplines across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with ADKAR® Model, PROSCI accredited, Security knowledge or previous experience, are not essential but will be derisible.
