**Job Title**: Change Manager for Training and Communication
**Location**: Philippines or Melbourne
**Job Summary**:
As a Change Manager specializing in Training and Communication, you are at the forefront of ensuring the smooth adoption of organizational changes. Your role is multifaceted, encompassing the development and execution of training strategies, as well as effective communication of change initiatives. Your contributions are vital in equipping employees and stakeholders with the knowledge and skills necessary to embrace change and adapt successfully.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Strategy Development**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define training objectives and strategies that align with the organization's change initiatives.
- Identify training needs and create comprehensive training plans.
- **Training Content Development**:
- Develop and curate training materials, including documentation, e-learning modules, videos, and other resources.
- Ensure training content is engaging, informative, and in alignment with change objectives.
- **Training Delivery**:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees and stakeholders.
- Tailor training delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and preferences.
- **Training Coordination**:
- Schedule training sessions, manage training logistics, and coordinate resources efficiently.
- Maintain training records and track attendance and completion.
- **Feedback and Evaluation**:
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Continuously enhance training materials and methods based on feedback and evaluation outcomes.
- **Change Communication**:
- Collaborate in developing change communication strategies and materials to maintain consistency with training content.
- Ensure a clear and uniform message is conveyed concerning the change initiative.
- **User Support**:
- Provide ongoing support to users as they adapt to changes, including addressing questions and concerns related to training content.
- **Change Adoption Monitoring**:
- Monitor the adoption of changes, assessing whether training has adequately equipped employees to perform their new roles or tasks.
- Identify areas requiring additional training or support.
- **Change Readiness**:
- Assess the readiness of employees and stakeholders for upcoming changes, addressing readiness gaps through training and support.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain training documentation, encompassing training schedules, materials, and reports.
- Ensure all training materials and documentation are kept up-to-date.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in training and change management, particularly in supporting individuals and teams through organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in training and e-learning tools and platforms.
- Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
