Data#3 is currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in maximizing the growth of Data#3's diverse range of products, services, and solutions to achieve sales targets. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with both customers and suppliers to drive growth across our extensive offerings.

**In this role you will**:

- Identify and seize business opportunities to drive growth and expansion, utilizing our existing database.
- Manage tender processes and contracts, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Proactively engage with new and existing customers, fostering relationships and maximizing sales potential.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and data in Salesforce to inform decision-making.
- Achieve personal and team targets for product, services, and solutions offerings.
- Respond promptly to leads and inquiries, updating Salesforce for efficient communication.

- Proactive sales professional with excellent relationship-building skills and a charming phone manner.
- Skilled at fostering trust and loyalty with customers through meaningful connections.
- Experience providing accurate quotes and pricing, with a deep understanding of vendor products.
- Committed to exceptional customer service, ensuring positive interactions.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with adept negotiation and problem-solving skills.
